Goretti has announced that she is releasing a range of Liberian snack in response to ‘growing demand for healthy snacks’. The range, which includes cassava, eddos and sweet potatos, joins the market of existing vegan-friendly snacks. The brand AgroRetti to be launch in September of this year.

Liberian 100 meter star Ebony Morrison  secured Liberia’s spot in the Women’s 100mH semifinals after her performance at 13.00 second run. She came sixth in her heat which consisted of the current Women’s 100mH world record holder.  The top four runners from each heat automatically qualified for the semifinals along with the next four fastest times between all heats. Morrison’s time placed her in the top 24, which means she will rep Liberia again on Sunday Aug 1. Young members of ANC political party raised CoronaVirus 19 awareness through song.  “Dah wer tin happen so, aye God. Dah Corona, Coronavirus enter killing our people,” the song goes, “let’s stop the doubting, wash our oh.”  The song is part of a community mobilization session organized by the youth committee. Liberian socialite Best Garlo launched a new African grocery store named “Senora’s Internarional African Market”, on 7/9/21, in Smyrna, DE, on her birthday. The store is also a boutique and restaurant .  Best said the African Food Market will provide easier access to international foods for residents of Smyrna and those near by. 

Representative Acarous Gray  has his sights set on forever with his new fiancée.  The Liberian government official  revealed on Wednesday that he proposed to his girlfriend, actress Love Weah — and she said yes! Only the two of us honey…” he captioned a photo on Facebook of his fiancée's hand donning a teardrop-shaped stone. The representative popped the question to Love over a romantic panic, in the Ivory Coast.

As posted  by Diamond Sonpon, the actress will be starring in new Hollywood movie  Exposed,  about a Nigerian lawyer on a mission to save his client from deportation.   Diamond, who also recently returned from shooting a comedy series in Nigeria, will be on set with Lotten Bridgette, Love Weah, and more. LibDiva Swear Wear focuses of African prints and bold and bright colors.  The catwalk collection consisted new collections, showcasing matching bikini sets, one-piece swimsuits and beach cover-ups, all in African prints.
